How I came up with the idea of becoming a Wedding Planner / Designer
After my previous professional experiences in travel planning in Corsica and in corporate and private events, I discovered the world of weddings and wanted to start my own business planning weddings all across Corsica.
My background before getting started
I was already working as an Event Coordinator at an estate in Corsica, where I organized both corporate and private events. I discovered a real passion there, whether through the exchanges with future brides and grooms, the coordination, or the decorative side of the events.
The difficulties I faced before getting started
Creating your own company, managing it, and working alone at first can be very frightening. In a way, it is a leap into the unknown. But when you are passionate and you hold on, it is ultimately only a small obstacle.
My agency
Share the Love is a wedding planning agency, mainly for weddings but also for private events, based in Corsica, more precisely in Porto-Vecchio. I organize weddings all across Corsica, whether on the beach or at an estate surrounded by nature.
What I love about my job
Every wedding is unique. With every couple, we start with a blank page, and that stimulates and energizes me every single time. I also love working with the different vendors. I learn a lot from them, and every project brings something new.
