How I came up with the idea of becoming a Wedding Planner / Designer
After a burnout during the Covid period, I left my former job. I did not know what I wanted to do until the profession of wedding planner and designer came into my life. After researching the profession and the available programs, I enrolled with IWI.
My background before getting started
Before getting started, I had worked as a veterinary assistant for 15 years. After a burnout, I decided to leave my job to find work that would make me smile again and also allow me to bring smiles to others.
The difficulties I faced before getting started
I did not know how to go about it and, for financial reasons, I could not fund the training myself. After meetings with France Travail and completing an application file, they agreed to help me financially. That allowed me to train and move forward with my project.

My agency
Bohème Événementiel is an eco-responsible wedding planning and design agency. I offer several packages, from a consultation session to full planning from A to Z. Depending on the requests and needs of future brides and grooms, I create bespoke support.
What I love about my job
What I love most about this profession is meeting future brides and grooms, seeing the happiness in their eyes, and being able to bring them joy and a smile. I want them to keep an unforgettable memory of their wedding.
What IWI brought me
The IWI program brought me a lot on both a technical and a human level. It is a complete program. It taught us all the technical aspects of the job so that we are prepared for the reality of it. It is also a human experience that allows us to meet wonderful people.
