How I came up with the idea of becoming a Wedding Planner
Birthdays, baby showers, a proposal, a wedding. So many events imagined, created, organized and decorated with rigor, love and above all passion. In the autumn of 2021, after a professional setback, I finally decided to take the plunge and start training as a wedding planner. I am convinced I am made for this.
My background before getting started
After training in sales and management, with a BTS in business and a degree in economics and business management, I decided to move into beauty by earning qualifications in aesthetics and spa practice, so I could apply my management experience and skills in the world of beauty and well-being. I have therefore been a Spa Manager in luxury hospitality for more than ten years. I think that profession only increased my passion for organization, management, perfectionism and attention to detail, all qualities that are essential in the wedding planner profession in my opinion.
The difficulties I faced before getting started
My biggest difficulty is my strong attraction to security: material security, financial security, the security of salaried employment. Starting out as a self-employed entrepreneur without knowing what tomorrow will bring is a real challenge for me.
